At Moe Nail, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each item is made to order with care, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll work with you to fix it.
Refunds/ Replacement
The following reasons are covered by our 30 Days FULL Refund/ FREE Replacement Policy. If you are offered a refund or a replacement order, there will be no need to return the received item.
- Item received is defective/ damaged/ broken/ does not work properly.
- Item received is different from the description or the product customization.
- Incorrect or mismatched size.
- Lost/missing items
The following reasons are not covered by our 30 days Refund & Replacement Policy. We are not liable for these issues.
- Request for a refund/ replacement is after 30 days of product delivery.
- Pick the wrong size, product, address, custom information, etc.
- Slight color variations due to monitor settings are not considered defects.
- Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
- Items that have been damaged resulting from the customer's handling.
- Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind, etc.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, your item will be in production and cannot be canceled.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Moe Nail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. PRODUCT CONDITION
We accept returns for products in the following conditions:

New products: Unopened, in original packaging, and never used.

New and slightly used products: Products that have been opened or slightly used are still eligible for return.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Return Label: For your convenience, a return shipping label is included in the package at no extra cost to you.

4. REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
