Shipping Time

The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Moe Nail is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

All items offered on Nailhandy are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item(s) just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

We Partner with FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, Yanwen, Yun Express to ensure timely and safe delivery. All orders from Moenail.shop over 50 $USD come with free shipping

While we print a portion of our products in-house at our US facilities, we also source from suppliers worldwide to offer our shoppers a greater variety of merchandise. We only work with vendors who abide by our strict quality control guidelines and standards. This is the reason for the delivery times below.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE

  • Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
  • Order Handling Time: 2-5 business days. (Each nail sets are handmade by experience nail artists to ensure the best quality to customers) (Monday - Friday)
  • Transit Time: 9-15 business days (Monday - Friday)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and unforeseen delays.

Max delivery time – 30 business days.

*This doesn’t include our 3-5 days processing time.

Weekend Processing
Please note that orders placed on weekends will be processed starting the next business day, which may add 1-2 days to the estimated shipping time.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1.  Verify the shipping address
  2. Check all possible delivery locations at your residence
  3. Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted package
  4. Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a lcaim

If your package is officially delared lost, contact us immediately iwth your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference

  • Billing & Shipping Address: For security purposes, the billing and shipping address must match the details provided at checkout.
  • Order Verification: In some cases, additional verification may be required for orders processed via Shopify Payments to prevent fraudulent transactions.
  • Customs & Import Fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
